The head of the Belarus state has met the Minister of Defence of Russia Anatoly Serdjukovym | 17:42 |
| At Russia is not present and there can not be more reliable and decent
partner in the west, than Belarus. It was declared by the Head of the
Belarus state Alexander Lukashenko on April, 29th at a meeting in Minsk
with the Minister of Defence of Russia Anatoly Serdjukovym. The president has noticed, that creation by Belarus and Russia joint regional grouping of armies speaks about much. "I think, as in the future we will act together from uniform positions, that we and do today on all questions of military cooperation. And we react to calls of time of military character from uniform positions", - the Head of the state has underlined. Alexander Lukashenko considers high level of military cooperation of Belarus and Russia. "If in all branches in all directions we would have such mutual understanding with the Russian Federation as in military, problems at us practically would not be", - the President has told. In turn Anatoly Serdjukov has highly appreciated level of the Belarus-Russian cooperation in military sphere, having underlined, that "here there are no such serious questions which would not dare". He also has informed, that at session of joint board of the Ministries of Defence of Belarus and Russia which will take place on April, 30th, is planned to sign the intergovernmental agreement on joint technical maintenance of regional grouping of armies (forces) of Byelorussia and the Russian Federation, and also a bilateral agreement on interaction in the field of radio-electronic struggle. | |
