| The judge of the Minsk city court Sergey Hripach has not satisfied on
May, 13th the cassation complaint of the citizen of Russia Sergey
Ostrovsky to a sentence of court of the Central area of capital. The

According to S.Ostrovskogo, employees of GAI ostensibly extorted from it a bribe and have beaten, and then have forged against it charge in small hooliganism — "rough obscene abuse". The Russian asserts, that on court he has been compelled to recognise the fault in fulfilment of small hooliganism, otherwise to it threatened with the further conclusion, and also immediately to pay the penalty in 350 thousand roubles. "Judge Hripach has not satisfied the complaint as has considered proved Ostrovsky's to wine of that Ostrovsky itself has pled guilty", — V.Stremkovskaja has told. She also has informed, that at the moment in Office of Public Prosecutor of the Central area of Minsk there is on consideration a complex complaint of the Russian citizen.
