"We prepare materials for transfer to court. Business will be transferred in court of the Minsk area. Most likely, it will be made in the middle of the next week", - have informed in Office of Public Prosecutor.

"Charge is shown two employees of GAI. In the relation two more criminal case is stopped because of absence in their actions of structure of a crime", - transfers "Interfax" of a word of the employee of Office of Public Prosecutor of the Minsk area.

Concerning two employees of GAI have stopped criminal case, as they "profits on a scene when the drunk driver has been already stopped".

The lawyer of six persons injured with incident, has noticed, that "all six persons have submitted the civil suit concerning employees of GAI for the sum of 50 million roubles everyone as mental cruelty compensation". Besides, "victims have sued employees of GAI at a rate of 25 million roubles for a material damage", has underlined Belief Stremkovsky.
