Accused of creation of "a live board" employees of GAI have declared in court that were not going to build a barrier from civil cars. On second of March on a line Minsk-Mikashevichi they have explained the actions by shortage of time for reaction. According to employees of GAI, they have left on a roadside of counter movement, thus speed have lowered also three civil cars.

"If there was enough time (we) would clean cars of motorists with carriageable parts, and also would make decision to expose the car as an obstacle across a line", - transfers "Interfax" of a word of one of accused employees of GAI of the major of militia Gennady Dorogokuptsa.

The public prosecutor has demanded to recognise two employees of GAI of October area of Minsk who took part in detention of the drunk driver of Novel Menutka as guilty of excess of office powers, causing of threat of a life and to health of citizens.

The lawyer accused has declared Vasily Tuljakov, that is necessary as the co-defendant on the given case to involve the driver of car Volkswagen of Novel Menutka who is considered the originator of road accident.

Interrogation of witnesses is planned for June, 27th on the given case.
