The court has rejected the petition of the lawyer accused on business about "a live board" employees of GAI about attraction as the co-defendant of Novel Menutka who is considered the originator of road accident on a line Minsk-Mikashevichi. Also the petition of the lawyer of victims for a call as the witness of the chief of GAI of Minsk Dmitry Korzjuka has been rejected.

At the same time judge Irina Majko has satisfied the petition for a call as the witness of the chief of department of traffic of GAI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Jury Trojana, transfers "Interfax".

Earlier the Telegraph informed, that accused of creation of "a live board" employees of GAI have declared in court that were not going to build a barrier from civil cars.
