Employees of GAI of October area of Minsk Gennady Dorogokupets and Alexey Lihtorovich have received punishment in the form of two years of imprisonment conditionally with a delay of execution of punishment for three years. They were accused of creation of "a live board" from civil cars on second of March on a line Minsk-Mikashevichi for a stop of the drunk driver of Novel Menutka

The Minsk regional court recognised the major of militia Gennady Dorogokuptsa and the senior lieutenant of militia Alexey Lihtorovicha guilty of deliberate fulfilment of malfeasance which has entailed a damage in the large size, and also excess of office powers, transfers "Interfax".

Besides conditional punishment the court has obliged defendants to pay indemnification of a material damage in favour of the suffered family which went in BMW, at a rate of 18 million roubles, in favour of driver Toyota – two million roubles, in favour of the driver and the passenger of one more car which has got to road accident, – on one million roubles.

The lawyer of victims the Belief Stremkovsky already has declared, that considers a sentence "too soft". Nevertheless, as she said, victims not wanted to make the cassation complaint to the court decision.

Victims demanded much bigger indemnification for a damage

As earlier informed Telegraph, participants built by GAI "live board" from civil cars on a line Minsk-Mikashevichi on second of March on begun on May, 20th in court of October area of Minsk have demanded to compensate 300 million roubles moral and 25 million roubles of a material damage.

As it became known, lifted a staff and Alexey Lihtorovich stopped cars abreast, which itself has had time to jump aside one second prior to blow. According to Gennady Dorogokupetsa, the instructions to stop cars in a kind of "a live board" it did not give, and has only received instructions to suspend movement on a line from the person on duty of GAI of a city. That, in turn, has declared on interrogation that asked not to give only movement from minor roads on a line.

 
Under the recommendation of GAI about a compulsory stop of vehicles to bar way to infringers it is possible only by supersize cars in which there are no people, and in the first row there should be GAI cars.
