 Decrease in a credit rating of Belarus from "stable" to "negative" will not affect in any way intention of Russia to grant to Belarus the loan. Such point of view was stated by known economist Yaroslav Romanchuk. As he said Russia is interested in granting of the credit not less the Belarus. «With Russia we have already agreed, and Russia
has caused transfer of the second part of the credit (the first will be
in November) first of all to create equal conditions for the Russian
goods in the Belarus market, access to privatisation», - quotes words
of the economist "Eurapian rario for Belarus". As to the credit from the International currency fund then prospects, according to Yaroslav Romanchuka, look not so optimistically.
