Half a year which the European Union has given to Belarus as a trial period, will fly by quickly enough so time for a swing at official Minsk is not present. Already now the European Union initiates cooperation with Belarus in three new directions — regulation of quality of production and standardization, interaction of financial services, agricultural and food safety.

«It will be our first step on renewal of high-grade relations with your country. Belarus is so important for us the neighbour, that we are ready to make much more», — has noted Mingarelli, having added, that this most "more" is possible under condition of counter steps from Belarus «in such directions as human rights, leadership of the law, democratisation».

In the answer Andrey Kobjakov has told, that «the Belarus party realises necessity of work over so-called« a homework », designated in dialogue from EU, but counts on adequate reciprocal actions of EU».

If to judge under statements of representatives of the Belarus authorities, official Minsk has selected sly tactics of an exchange by courtesies with the European Union — each counter step considers, a minimum, for two.
