Russian businessman Vladimir Bryntsalov who did not have money for building of the pharmaceutical enterprise in Vitebsk, plans to erect new ultramodern microdistrict in Moscow. Project cost is estimated in 14 billion dollars. In the Belarus factory from the businessman it was required to enclose all about 60 million dollars.

Recently in Russian the Internet-smi there was an advertising «the new grandiose project« Nagatino-city »on crossing of the Warsaw highway and Nagatinsky street» in Moscow. There it is said, that its realisation is started by known Russian businessman Vladimir Bryntsalov who deduces the pharmaceutical business in Moscow suburbs. As a result on a place of shops on manufacturing of tablets and ampoules by the end of 2010 the hotel complex largest in Europe will be erected.

Let's remind, recently Russian concern "Ferein" which is headed by Vladimir Bryntsalov, planned to build together with the state in Vitebsk modern factory on release medicine. But has refused in the absence of means. The volume of investments made about 120 million dollars. Means planned to enclose half-and-half "Ferein" and state concern "Белбиофарм". But whereas the Russian investor did not show interest and did not carry out of the obligations, it has been decided to exclude from the project which now the state will realise own forces. Though still recently Bryntsalov's participation considered in Minsk as business solved. In the beginning of October "Ferein" has received from the state tax and customs privileges at import of the goods for building and enterprise equipment in Vitebsk.

As have explained earlier to "the Belarus news» in Bryntsalov's environment, he did not refuse the project, is simple on its plans world financial crisis because of what proceeds of credit began to receive more difficult has wagged.

However, say, that its oil business in Belarus became one of the reasons of falling of interest to the project from the Russian businessman. According to AFN, Bryntsalov did not manage to receive concessionary terms of deliveries of oil to Belarus. In particular, he asked 100 % of the made mineral oil to deliver for export, and was in exchange obliged to transfer into the budget of 50 % of balance profit on activity.

But the desire to work in Belarus under pharmaceutical projects at it remains, speak in Bryntsalov's environment. However, at the Belarus party after-taste, for certain, remains. Though, as  the assistant to the "Belbioferms" chairman Sergey Kazakevich has told to recently Russian "Newspaper" , «it does not mean, that« the Ferein »will not participate in other projects in Belarus».
