in a credit rating of Belarus from "stable" to "negative" will not
affect in any way intention of Russia to grant to Belarus the loan.
Such point of view was stated by known economist Yaroslav Romanchuk. As
he said Russia is interested in granting of the credit not less the
Belarus. «With Russia we have already agreed, and Russia
has caused transfer of the second part of the credit (the first will be
in November) first of all to create equal conditions for the Russian
